The Smoky Mountain Hockey League is a mixed-level adult league built for competitive, fast-paced, and balanced hockey all summer long. This league brings together high-level, mid-level, and developing players into one competitive division designed to create parity, strong team chemistry, and a great locker room atmosphere.

Exemptions: Players ages 16–18 may be granted an exemption to participate in the adult league with parental consent and league approval.

Rules
The 4v4 Adult League features fast-paced, no-check hockey with four skaters per team. Icings & Offsides are in effect for the winter season. Games that end in a tie go directly to a shootout to determine the winner. All penalties result in an immediate penalty shot instead of a standard power play.
