🔹Small Group: 6 Players per session

🔹 Warm-Up (5 min): Skating drills to get your legs moving and prepare for the session.

🔹 Skating Fundamentals (15 min): Edge work, acceleration, transitions, and agility to enhance speed and control.

🔹 Puck Handling & Passing (20 min): Drills to improve stickhandling, passing accuracy, and puck protection in game situations.

🔹 Game Situations & Small Area Drills (10 min):
